Motivational Maps
Every coaching journey starts with understanding the science of what truly motivates you and more importantly how nourished those motivators are, which could be the cause of low energy.
This information shows us where you may have some internal conflict which is attributing to your feelings of being ‘stuck’. In conjunction with understanding what you really want, it will tell us if your values or motivators are aligned to your compelling future and vision.
Neuro-Linguistic Programming
Many men know they have limiting beliefs and patterns. The problem is they don’t know how to change them. In fact over 90% of our reality is controlled by our subconscious, which means you’re probably trying to fix an unconscious problem with your conscious mind. This is never going to work at a deep and sustainable level.
NLP works with your subconscious mind. In its most simplistic form, it’s about reprogramming the mind, by making you aware of the language you use, the stories you tell yourself and how you take information in. Change your story. Change your life.
Timeline Therapy
Timeline Therapy is the gateway to creating rapid, deep lasting transformation. It’s a technique that helps you heal negative emotions associated from past events even if you don’t consciously remember the event.
It doesn’t mean you will forget any experiences or memories. Instead you’ll be able to look back on past events with neutrality.
More importantly you won’t have to re-live painful memories. This is not a talking therapy. Rather a release of emotion that you are storing in your unconscious mind and probably your physical body.
You will very quickly see the difference in the way you think and feel, finding conversations become easier, noticing a feeling of lightness as you start to gain more clarity about what you want.
